Our firm has a medical device sales position open in Ft. Lauderdale with a premier surgical device company. This is disruptive technology that is changing the standard of surgical care! This company has achieved 20% YOY growth four consecutive years. They are well funded and are launching a major sales force expansion.

This is an opportunity to get in early with an exciting company in full growth mode! We are looking for hungry and aggressive reps. Responsibility will be to meet or exceed capital and disposable sales goals by promoting and encouraging the use of the product line through professional sales techniques and long-term client relationships with numerous surgeon specialties, operating room personnel and high level hospital administrators. Territory will be Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.
 

$225K+ at plan to start (includes $70K base salary plus commissions and 6-month guarantee) with lots of room to grow! This is a direct role with generous stock options and full benefits including $500 car allowance, expenses, medical insurance plan, uncapped commissions, room for growth, etc. 


Requirements: 

  • 5+ years successful sales experience (at least 2 yrs in medical device or hospital-based pharma sales)
  • Operating room experience required
  • 3-5 years capital sales success strongly preferred
  • Excellent clinical selling skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
