Our firm has a Sales Manager opening with a company that has been in business for over 30 years and is expanding into the Nashville, TN area. This is an opportunity to build a book of business and a sales team from the ground up. The company has been expanding into new cities across the U.S. for several years and has consistently been successfully!

Target compensation is $120K+ first year. (Competitive base salary DOE plus bonus and commissions.) $140K second year potential as well as the chance to move up within the company! Comprehensive benefits package includes:

As a Sales Manager you will oversee a team of Sales Development Reps calling on higher education, financial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, office, & retail. Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Developing sales goals and driving your team to achieve their goals
  • Conducting ride-alongs and assisting in closing deal
  • Reviewing and editing bids when needed
  • Coaching and communicating with sales reps with any areas where improvement is needed
  • Hire/Fire responsibility
 
Excellent time management skills and the ability to be a team player are critical. No overnight travel required, territory is local to the Nashville area.
 

Requirements
  • 4 year university degree
  • Proven background and documented success in outside sales
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing sales reps
